Courtney Sullivan. The event will be in the Bryant Park Reading Room, an outdoor reading space on the 42nd Street side of the park. All are welcome. The book signing will begin at 1:30 in the same area.

Award-winning author, N. West Moss will be reading from her new short story collection, “The Subway Stops at Bryant Park.” All of the stories in this collection are connected to Bryant Park, a tiny oasis in Midtown Manhattan, which lies just behind the New York Public Library and its famous lions, Patience and Fortitude. Her’ work has appeared in The New York Times, The Saturday Evening Post, Salon, McSweeney’s, and elsewhere. After the reading, the author will be interviewed and will take questions from the audience. All are welcome so feel free to invite your friends in the Stonington, CT area. (Before the event, from 3:30-4:30, West will be leading a small memoir writing workshop. Space is limited for the workshop, and you must sign up for that in advance with La Grua Center personnel)
